Return Policy

Due to each item being printed on demand, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within seven days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I’ll happily help resolve it.

Shipping Information

All wallpaper and fabric orders are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partner. Production usually takes three to seven business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location. If your order includes items from the Gift Shop, please note these are shipped separately and may arrive at different times. The shipping cost varies and prices are calculated after you entred your address. 

Custom Scale Requests

Many designs can be adjusted in scale to better suit your project. If you need a larger or smaller pattern repeat for wallpaper, fabric, or other applications, please feel free to get in touch before placing your order. I’m happy to help ensure the scale works perfectly for your space.

Samples

I highly recommend ordering samples before placing larger orders. This allows you to see the colors, scale, and material in person and ensures the best result for your project. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing materials.

Commercial Use

If you plan to use my designs for commercial purposes, licensing is required. Purchasing fabric, wallpaper, or products does not transfer ownership or commercial usage rights. If you’re interested in commercial use, collaborations, or licensing opportunities, please contact me for more information.

Printing Information

All designs are printed on demand using professional digital printing methods. I always recommend ordering a sample before placing a larger order to ensure the colours and scale are perfect for your project.

Production Process

Each design is created by me and carefully prepared for print. Once your order is placed, it undergoes an additional preparation step before being sent to production, ensuring quality and consistency across all products.

Gift Shop Orders

Items purchased from the Gift Shop are produced and shipped separately from wallpaper and fabric orders. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.

 

Wholesale Inquiries
